Board of Selectmen · Meeting of June 22, 2026
Webster Board of Selectmen unanimously approved an entertainment license for Dockside restaurant with indoor restrictions. The board voted 4-0 on June 22 to grant the license for DJs, karaoke, bands, and solo artists operating during normal business hours, while withdrawing a proposed one-day outdoor entertainment permit for July 2. Neighbors Michael Sachetto of 12 Cedar Drive, Robert Hays of 10 Cedar Drive, and Joe Benoit of 3 Cedar Drive spoke against the outdoor component, citing parking and noise concerns at the 204-person-capacity venue.
Fire Chief Saad required crowd manager training, and Police Chief Shaw requested the same operational restrictions imposed on Waterfront Mary's.
