WEBSTER — Board of Health approves pool variance with surveillance and deck upgrades. The Board unanimously approved revised design standards for Tiny Bubbles Aquatic Academy's proposed indoor survival swimming school at 12 Harry's Way, requiring side wall skimmers and drains, a 180-degree partial deck, and overhead surveillance to ensure water clarity. Health Director Camille Griffin had flagged drowning risk visibility concerns.
The Board also unanimously approved a preliminary subdivision plan for Spaulding Way at 70 Gore Road with mandatory street lighting.
