Board of Health · Meeting of February 2, 2026

WEBSTER — Board of Health imposes two-week compliance deadline on Carly's Restaurant for hiring food safety consultant. The establishment missed two of six required monthly audits mandated in November 2025; failure to comply by February 16 will result in a $250 fine and reinspection fees, the Board voted unanimously. In related action, the Board unanimously approved a new reinspection fee policy effective March 1, 2026, setting rates of $75 per 30 minutes for first reinspections and escalating fines up to $500 for third offenses.

Health Director Camille Griffin reported 283 food inspections across 119 establishments in 2025 and 103 housing inspection cases.
