Conservation Commission · Meeting of February 17, 2026
Webster Conservation Commission issues order for Cedar Point Road addition and walls. The Commission unanimously approved the Order of Conditions for Wilfrid Cournoyer's project at 13 Cedar Point Road, which includes an addition, retaining wall replacement, and removal of seven trees. Conditions require native tree replacement, pervious pavers for stormwater management, a construction sequence prior to site inspection, and a separate Chapter 91 permit filing for a dock.
Five additional matters, including projects at 67 Wawela Park Road, 38 and 40 Bates Point Road, 11 Pavilion Avenue, and 415-431 South Main Street, were continued to March 2. A Request for Determination of Applicability for 24 Point Pleasant Road received a negative determination with stormwater mitigation conditions.
