Conservation Commission approves sewer determination at Lake Parkway
Conservation Commission · Meeting of May 26, 2026
Webster Conservation Commission approves sewer connection at Lake Parkway property. Vice Chair Robin Jewell moved approval of a negative determination for a proposed sewer force main, allowing the project to proceed without a Notice of Intent from the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection. Member Peter Tarbox seconded the motion, which passed unanimously 4-0.
The sewer force main will be positioned 85 to 90 feet from nearby wetlands, mostly outside the required 100-foot buffer zone. The board also continued three other projects to June 9 and issued Certificates of Compliance for prior work.
