Webster Conservation Commission approves three residential development permits. The board unanimously approved orders of conditions for a retaining wall replacement at 90 Lakeside Ave., environmental remediation and riverside restoration at 65 Union Street, and a new single-family home at 63 Wawela Park Road, all voting 6-0 with Chairman Brian Anderson presiding. The 65 Union Street project, led by National Grid and consultant GZA GeoEnvironmental Inc., includes replacement of four removed trees with red maples and a two-year 75 percent survival-rate monitoring period.
A fourth hearing at 88 Union Point Road involving demolition and new home construction was continued to May 12 pending accessory dwelling unit application and slope stabilization review.
