WEBSTER — Conservation Commission approves two building permits for residential waterfront development and continues multiple cases. The Webster Conservation Commission approved orders of conditions for residential projects at 10 South Point Road and 7 Indian Point Road, with the first receiving approval 4-yes and 1-recused and the second approval unanimous. The Commission continued to February 2 public hearings for four additional residential cases at Wawela Park Road and two lots on Bates Point Road and Pavilion Avenue, and to February 17 for a retail and service station proposal at South Main Street.

An enforcement order for vegetation clearing at Oakwood Drive was continued to March 2, 2026.
