Conservation Commission approves two residential development permits

Webster Commission approves two residential development permits. The conservation commission issued Orders of Conditions for a garage addition project at 43 Colonial Road and a new single-family home construction at 53 Colonial Road on April 13, each with special conditions for stormwater management and construction sequencing. Conservation Agent Richard Parent presented both projects.

The commission also issued Certificates of Compliance for stabilized sites at 76 Union Point Road and 8 Kate Lane, and approved a letter supporting Cooper Road stabilization and lake protection. Three development hearings were continued to April 27.
