Conservation Commission Continues Four Public Hearings to January 20

WEBSTER — Conservation Commission continues four hearings after tied vote on pier-and-dock project. The Commission split 3-3 on Chapter 91 approval for a retroactive pier-and-dock construction at 325 Thompson Road, prompting the board to reopen debate and continue the hearing to January 20. Vice Chair Robin Jewell questioned the marina classification while Clerk Pam Sheeran raised concerns about four docks on a residential property and increased boat traffic.
Three other property hearings also continued to January 20 for properties at 10 South Point Road, 7 Indian Point Road, and 11 Pavilion Avenue. The Commission unanimously approved Certificates of Compliance for completed projects at 27 Jackson Road and 194 Killdeer Road.
