Housing Authority approves maintenance policy, staffing additions

Housing Authority · Meeting of February 2, 2026

Webster Housing Authority approves maintenance policy and staffing additions. Acting Executive Director Melissa Morley reported the authority hired part-time receptionist Maghan and approved the Maintenance Policy establishing work-order procedures and emergency response protocols. The board voted unanimously to remove Commissioner William Herra and add Commissioner Barbara Avery to bank accounts, and voted 4-0 to grant staff member Keysha Roman-Martinez access to Wage Match and ICORI systems.

Modernization projects advanced with roll-in shower work complete in Building 17 and Building 18 beginning in spring; the authority secured emergency EOHLC funding for radon remediation without reducing town grant funds.
