WEBSTER — Housing Authority approves director contract at $108,132 and advances modernization work. Chair David DuPont highlighted Executive Director Melissa Morley's performance as commissioners unanimously approved her new permanent contract, set at a maximum salary of $108,132 with 37.5 weekly hours and a one-year term ending December 31, 2026. The Authority also approved March 2026 financials and voted unanimously to add a two-minute resident comment period for votes on matters directly affecting residents.
Modernization projects include completion of Building 18 roll-in showers at Golden Heights, with Building 17 work beginning in May, along with pending gutter replacement and radon remediation work.
