Most July Webster Property Transfers Don't Disclose a Sale Price
Worcester County Registry of Deeds records show 13 property transfers in Webster between July 3 and Aug. 1, but only one disclosed a sale price: $488,600, for a Webster property sold by Kelly Beatty to Millbury National Bank. The other 12 transfers, spanning 12 different streets, were recorded without a stated price. Six of the 13 transfers involved a bank or mortgage-servicing entity, such as Wells Fargo, Rocket Mortgage or Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, as buyer or seller. With price data available for only one transaction, the deed record does not support a broader read on July pricing trends in Webster.
