Nine of 11 Webster Deeds Recorded in August Carry No Sale Price
Webster recorded 11 property deeds between July 31 and Aug. 29, but only two disclosed a sale price: $63,300 for 23 Lake Pkwy. and $75,000 for 595 School St., the month's top recorded sale. The disclosed median was $69,150. The other nine transfers, spread across nine different streets, listed no consideration amount, and five of the 11 deeds named a bank or credit union as buyer or seller. With price data available for fewer than one in five transactions, the records do not support broader conclusions about market direction this period.
