Nine Webster Deeds Recorded in Past Month, Most Without Disclosed Prices
Nine property deeds were recorded in Webster between July 24 and August 22, 2026, but only two disclosed a sale price: $1,200,000 for a Webster property with no listed street address, and $287,500 for a condo unit at 33 Highcrest Park. The median of those two disclosed prices was $743,750. Highcrest Park appeared in three separate deeds during the period, and Janet L. and Paul W. LeBlanc were sellers in two separate transactions. Several other deeds involved banking or mortgage-servicing entities as sellers or buyers. With most sale prices undisclosed, the data does not support a broader read on market direction this period.
