Nine Webster Property Transfers Recorded in July, Most Prices Undisclosed
Nine property transfers were recorded in Webster from July 10 through Aug. 8, but only two disclosed a sale price: $342,678 and $349,000, a median of $345,839 among priced sales. The top disclosed transaction was a $349,000 sale to Corey Rivers and Angeline Pacheco from Danielle and Ian Monahan; a same-day, same-address-adjacent filing at 5 Crosby St. for $342,678 lists Rivers and Pacheco as sellers to Guaranteed Rate Inc. and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc., consistent with a mortgage recording. The remaining seven transfers, spanning streets including Slater, Thompson, Hillside, Freeman, Highcrest Park, Scenic and Upper Gore, carried no disclosed price. With pricing available for just two of nine filings, the data does not support broader conclusions about market direction this period.
