The top recorded transaction was a $349,000 sale to Corey Rivers and Angeline Pacheco from Danielle and Ian Monahan; a same-day, same-address-adjacent filing at 5 Crosby St. for $342,678 lists Rivers and Pacheco as sellers to Guaranteed Rate Inc. and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc., consistent with a mortgage recording. The remaining seven transfers, spanning streets including Slater, Thompson, Hillside, Freeman, Highcrest Park, Scenic and Upper Gore, carried no price recorded yet.
