Webster Planning Board approves auto body repair shop with waivers. The board unanimously approved a Site Plan and Special Permit for an auto body repair facility, office, and signage at 1 Beacon Street, granting waivers to allow automotive services within 50 feet of a residential zone and permit 57.7 percent impervious lot coverage where 40 percent is required. The board also endorsed a two-duplex site plan at 5 Linwood Street and approved a subdivision at 0 Konkel Ave.

Four applications were continued to March 30, including a used car sales operation at 56 Main Street that raised neighborhood concerns about parking, stormwater, and traffic impacts.
