Webster Planning Board approves cannabis retailer and Dunkin signage permits. The four-member board voted unanimously to modify an existing special permit for Webster Cannabis Company, LLC at 4 Town Forest Road, authorizing online pre-orders and in-store pickup sales following Cannabis Control Commission licensing. In separate action, the board unanimously approved a special permit for Dunkin signage at multiple East Main Street locations in the Business with Sewer zone, reducing directional signage at the entrance.
Director Joseph Wigglesworth was authorized to execute both decisions. The board endorsed a site plan for a new auto body repair shop at 1 Beacon Street and approved an ANR subdivision for 0 Rosemont.
