WEBSTER — Strategic Master Plan Committee met June 24 to begin planning for a comprehensive town strategic plan. Chair Elaine Davies presided over 14 members and alternates representing the Board of Selectmen, Recreation, Conservation, Schools, Finance, Chamber of Commerce, Library, and Planning Board. The committee outlined operating procedures and a planning schedule, assigning members to identify community stakeholders and compile resident feedback.
The planning effort will work with consulting firm Sage Consulting Services.
