Treasure Island Road Condo Sale Tops Webster's August Property Transfers
Sixteen property deeds were recorded in Webster between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, but only five listed a sale price. Disclosed prices ranged from $10,000 to $570,000, with a median of $277,760. The period's top transaction was a $570,000 condominium sale at 201 Treasure Island Rd Unit 201 Bldg 2, sold by PNL Realty Corp to Andre J. and Kelly E. Melnychuk. Ten of the 16 deeds involved a bank or mortgage-related entity as buyer or seller, and 11 of the 16 total transfers carried no disclosed sale price, leaving too little pricing data to characterize the month's overall market tone.
