Webster Water Sewer Commission endorses rate study amid complex School billing impasse. The meter replacement project is at 93 percent complete with 4,959 of 5,348 meters installed, and the commission received $7.1 million in total loan forgiveness from the Clean Water Trust for PFAS infrastructure funding.
