Webster Deed Filings Show Wide Price Split, Sparse Sale Data
Eight property deeds were recorded in Webster between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, 2026, but only four disclosed a sale price, ranging from $17,754 to $379,900 with a median of $63,000. The period's top sale was 28 Spring St at $379,900 on Aug. 10. Half of the recorded deeds did not list a price, and several transactions involved credit unions, a state housing fund, a town conservation board and a nonprofit elderly-housing provider rather than sales between individual buyers and sellers. One address, on East Main Street, appears twice in the same day's filings. The data shows limited price transparency for the month rather than a clear market direction.
