Webster Housing Authority approves three FY26 budgets with $299,942 subsidy request for 2026. Chair David DuPont and commissioners unanimously approved separate budgets for Programs 689, 4001, and MRVP, all including Executive Director Melissa Morley's annual salary of $108,138. Program 4001 maintains reserves at 43 percent, exceeding the state requirement of 35 percent, and necessitated the largest subsidy request.

The Authority also approved a $33,700 paving bid from Century Paving and a CFA Amendment funding radon remediation projects.
