Webster library board approves Friends funding for children's area improvements. The Board of Library Trustees unanimously approved recommendations for enhancements including a Children's Librarian office, circulation desk improvements, and a dishwasher installation, funded by the Friends of Webster Library. The board also unanimously approved a $1,500 expenditure to support One Book/One Community programming featuring author R.F.
Kuang, planned for the High School Auditorium. Director Sondra Murphy reported that recent changes to library hours have received positive community feedback. The board voted unanimously to close the library on Presidents Day, February 19.
