Webster Water Sewer Commission presents $10.45 million wastewater treatment upgrade for approval. Superintendent Tom Cutler outlined ten FY 2027 capital projects at a joint meeting with Dudley commissioners, with all except two financed from retained earnings. The wastewater treatment plant bio solids construction will cost $10,450,000 and require debt service.

The majority of the remaining projects result from the age of the wastewater plant.
