Zoning Board Approves New Single-Family Home at 11 Pavilion Ave

Zoning Board of Appeals · Meeting of March 10, 2026

WEBSTER — Zoning Board approves special permit for Pavilion Avenue house reconstruction. John Cody received unanimous approval for a special permit to demolish and construct a new single-family home at 11 Pavilion Ave in Lake Residential and Lake Watershed Protection zoning districts. The board set a maximum height of 30 feet measured from the lowest point of the property, with approval conditioned on conformance to the approved site plan and architectural drawings.

Chairman Jason Piader noted that the new structure would not adversely impact light and air despite being larger than the existing home. All four board members present voted unanimously to approve the permit and authorize the Director of Planning and Economic Development to sign the decision.
