Webster Property Transfers Total 11 for September, but Only One Price Posted
WEBSTER -- The Worcester County Registry of Deeds recorded 11 property transfers in Webster between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, but only one carries a sale price so far: $336,992 for 8 Mt Pleasant St., sold Sept. 4 by Marlene Cooper and Nicole Cooper to T Bank and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. Prices for the other 10 transfers had not yet posted to the registry as of this writing, which is typical given the usual lag of about a week. Mount Pleasant Street logged two separate filings on the same date for what appears to be the same property. With pricing data this limited, the month's overall market tone cannot be assessed from price alone.
