Zoning Board · Meeting of March 10, 2026
Webster ZBA approved a special permit for a new house at 11 Pavilion. The Zoning Board of Appeals voted 4-0 to approve the permit after closing the public hearing and deciding the case the same night so the applicant would not wait another month. The new single-family home replaces an existing one and is larger, increasing non-conformity along one property line.
Members found neighboring homes at 5 and 13 Pavilion to be the same height or larger. The permit carries standard conditions and a cap of 30 feet measured from the lowest point of the property. The board also authorized Joseph P. Wigglesworth, Director of Planning & Economic Development, to sign the decision.
The applicant faces a 21-day appeal period before a building permit can be issued.
